Head of Family Office - Wealth Management Position Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Family Office to lead our efforts in serving our most discerning ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) and high-net-worth (HNI) family clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and addressing the multifaceted financial needs of these families, providing holistic wealth management solutions, and driving the growth and profitability of the family office division. This role requires a strong entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional client relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of diverse investment products and wealth planning strategies. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Client Engagement & Asset Allocation: Gain a deep understanding of clients' intricate investment needs, financial goals, and risk profiles. Develop and implement long-term, comprehensive asset allocation plans tailored to individual family objectives, considering intergenerational wealth transfer and legacy planning. Client Acquisition & Holistic Advisory: Actively acquire and onboard new family office, PCG (Private Client Group), and HNI clients. Provide expert advisory across all asset classes, including but not limited to: anchor investments, pre-IPO opportunities, structured debt, alternate assets (e.g., private equity, venture capital, real estate), public equity, mutual funds, and Portfolio Management Services (PMS). Leverage in-house expertise to advise clients on their business-related financial needs, encompassing Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and Private Equity transactions. Portfolio Management & Wallet Share Expansion: Proactively manage and optimize clients' investment portfolios, with a core thrust on increasing "pocket share" (wallet share) and managing the complete financial wealth of the family unit. Revenue Generation & Team Leadership: Demonstrate a strong focus on achieving and exceeding personal and team revenue targets, contributing directly to team profitability. Drive new client development and acquisition strategies for the family office segment. Conduct periodic reviews of target vs. actual achievements on an RM (Relationship Manager) wise basis, implementing corrective actions as needed. Collaborate closely with other team leaders to increase cross-selling opportunities across different geographies and within various wealth advisory (WA) units to improve overall revenues. Business Development & Market Differentiation: Develop and execute strategies for business growth through the effective promotion and utilization of multiple product offerings. Differentiate our offerings in the marketplace by continuously enhancing personal knowledge and expertise to improve client impact and value proposition. Relationship Management & Referrals: Deepen existing client relationships through proactive engagement, exceptional service, and a thorough understanding of evolving client needs. Actively seek and convert referrals from existing satisfied clients, leveraging a strong network and reputation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.] Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in wealth management, with a significant focus on serving UHNW/HNI clients and family offices.] Proven track record of successfully acquiring, managing, and growing significant client portfolios.
