Production Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage

  end-to-end event production

  – from planning and setup to on-ground execution and closure.
• Liaise with

  internal teams, clients, and external vendors

  to ensure seamless execution of all events.
• Maintain a

  strong vendor network

  and ensure

  cost-effective procurement and production

  practices.

• Negotiate vendor contracts

  and rates to achieve

  optimal margins and top-quality output

  .
• Conduct

  site recces

  and

  risk assessments

  ; develop detailed

  production plans and timelines

  .
• Ensure

  compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards

  across all event executions.
• Manage

  production budgets

  , ensuring delivery within

  defined timelines and cost limits

  .

• Train and mentor

  the production team and on-ground crew to maintain high operational standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  5+ years of experience

  in event production within the

  events/experiential marketing industry

  .
• Strong

  vendor base

  and excellent

  negotiation skills

  .
• In-depth knowledge of

  event production elements

  – staging, sound, lighting, fabrication, permissions, logistics, etc.
• Excellent

  leadership, communication

  , and

  project management

  capabilities.
• Ability to

  work under pressure

  and manage

  multiple projects simultaneously

  .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Candidates from

  reputed event agencies

  will be preferred.
• Well-connected within the

  local and national vendor ecosystem

  .
