About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Electronics & Software department for
new product development
and
global engineering initiatives
.
Drive engineering-to-order, technical sustainment, and full
product lifecycle management
.
Collaborate closely with
international teams
, as well as local EMS suppliers.
Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects while maintaining
high-quality standards
.
Mentor and manage engineering teams, oversee project documentation, and control departmental budgeting.
Review and create
technical specifications, drawings
, and ensure engineering compliance with milestones and quality gates.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in
Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering
.
8-10 years
of relevant experience, with
at least 3 years in a leadership role
.
Domain expertise in
machine tools, textile machinery, capital equipment,
or
SPM industries
.

Skills & Competencies

Proficient in
embedded systems, C/C++ programming, electrical drive systems, and controls
.
Strong working knowledge of
SAP, MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
.
Effective communicator with strong presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and
cross-cultural collaboration
abilities

Additional Requirements

Must hold a
valid passport
.
Initial 6 to 8 weeks of induction/training will be conducted overseas
(Europe).
Willingness to
travel internationally 2 to 3 times a year
for global coordination.
