Head of Digital Marketing

As the Marketing Head for our organization, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that are in line with our business objectives. You will be leading various digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing initiatives. Your role will also involve managing branding, positioning, and communication strategies across all marketing channels. In this position, you will need to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities and market trends to drive the generation of leads and support our sales goals. It will be crucial for you to analyze performance metrics regularly and optimize our marketing efforts to ensure a better return on investment. An essential aspect of your role will be to build and mentor a highly effective marketing team. Close coordination with the sales, product, and leadership teams will also be necessary to ensure cohesive planning and execution of marketing strategies. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership position, is required. You should have expertise in digital marketing, analytics, brand strategy, and campaign execution, along with a proven track record of success in lead generation and both B2B and B2C marketing. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential for this role, along with a creative, extroverted, and forward-thinking mindset. The job is full-time and permanent, based in Ahmadabad, Gujarat, and will require in-person work.
