Head of Digital Innovation & AI
Ceeco is transforming how students experience global education. We’re seeking a visionary Head of Digital Innovation & AI to lead our end-to-end digital transformation — from revamping our website and core systems to deploying AI-powered automation tools and intelligent agents across marketing, sales, accounts, HR, and operations.This role will design and implement technology and AI solutions that enhance student engagement, streamline operations, and drive growth in the fast-evolving study abroad and ed-tech sector.If you’re passionate about building digital ecosystems from the ground up and using AI to create measurable business impact, we want to hear from you.Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, IT, or related field. • Experience: • 3+ years in digital transformation, IT leadership, or AI solution delivery. • Proven record of leading multi-department technology implementations. • Experience building technology foundations for AI deployment. • Technical Skills: • Proficiency in AI tools (LLMs, NLP, predictive analytics, computer vision). • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, HRMS, and marketing automation platforms. • Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and integration frameworks. • Soft Skills: • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement. • Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills. • Visionary mindset with a bias for execution.
