Minimum of 8+ years of experience teaching at the undergraduate level in computer applications. Prior experience in a leadership role within a higher education institution (HOD, Dean, etc.) is highly desirable. Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in computer applications education. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to motivate and inspire students and faculty. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using relevant computer applications and educational technologies. ","
