Role Overview: As an experienced Head of Demand Generation at Gramener in Hyderabad, you will lead the demand marketing efforts and drive pipeline growth for the enterprise software solutions business. Your role as a strategic leader will involve developing and executing multi-channel demand generation strategies, managing a team of marketing program managers and SDRs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies aligned with personas, audiences, and sales objectives to support pipeline and revenue goals. - Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of demand generation strategies. - Construct and bring to life marketing programs across earned, paid, and owned channels to engage and advance interest across the prospect and customer lifecycle. - Understand buyers' mindsets to create authentic conversations and promotions that move them through the funnel and speed up sales velocity. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of demand generation strategies. - Strengthen best practices, evaluate B2B marketing strategies, and experiment with different tactics to consistently meet or exceed sales pipeline and revenue goals. - Analyze marketing program outcomes, draw insights, and present results clearly to inform decision-making. - Lead, nurture, and develop a team of marketing program managers and SDRs, manage budget, and report on ROI. - Develop and implement a content strategy, plan and execute webinars, conferences, and other events, and execute influencer marketing and account-based marketing strategies. - Use data and analytics to inform demand generation decisions and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs. Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of experience in demand generation leadership roles, preferably in the B2B enterprise software space or a complex technical market with longer sales cycles. - Excellent understanding of analyzing and optimizing conversion rates across the sales and marketing funnel. - Extensive skills in marketing technology and automation systems, including Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Semrush, etc. - Proven success in delivering demand generation programs across earned, paid, and owned channels. - Direct experience managing SDRs or proven success in working closely with SDR teams. - Data acquisition and management knowledge to support lead nurturing and outbound programs.
