Job Description

As the Head of Demand Generation at Gramener, you will play a crucial role in leading the demand marketing efforts and driving pipeline growth for the enterprise software solutions business. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing multi-channel demand generation strategies, managing a team of marketing program managers and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals. Your main responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing multi-channel demand generation strategies aligned with personas, audiences, and sales objectives to support pipeline and revenue goals. - Collaborating with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of demand generation strategies. - Constructing and implementing marketing programs across earned, paid, and owned channels to engage prospects and customers effectively. - Understanding buyer behavior to create authentic conversations and promotions that move them through the sales funnel efficiently. - Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective execution of demand generation strategies. - Staying updated on the latest B2B marketing strategies and technologies to continuously improve demand generation efforts. - Analyzing marketing program outcomes, optimizing performance, and reporting results clearly to inform decision-making. - Leading and developing a team of marketing program managers and SDRs, managing budget, and reporting on ROI. - Developing a content strategy, planning and executing events, and implementing influencer marketing and account-based marketing strategies. - Using data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 12+ years of experience in demand generation leadership roles, preferably in the B2B enterprise software space. - Strong analytical skills to optimize conversion rates across the sales and marketing funnel. - Proficiency in marketing technology and automation systems such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Semrush. - Proven success in delivering demand generation programs across various channels. - Experience in managing SDRs or working closely with SDR teams. - Knowledge of data acquisition and management to support lead nurturing and outbound programs.
