Job Description

As the Head of Cyber Security, your role will involve leading and strengthening the security posture of the organization. You will be responsible for managing the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team and overseeing various cyber security initiatives. Your expertise in IAM is crucial for designing, implementing, and enforcing security controls across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the IAM team, ensuring robust governance, processes, and controls. - Define and implement IAM strategy including provisioning, de-provisioning, RBAC, SSO, and PAM. - Own and enhance enterprise-wide cyber security policies, frameworks, and standards. - Oversee threat management, incident response, and vulnerability management processes. - Partner with IT, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory and audit requirements are met. - Evaluate and deploy security tools, technologies, and processes to strengthen the security ecosystem. - Conduct regular risk assessments, penetration testing oversight, and compliance checks. - Provide leadership, mentorship, and upskilling for the cyber security team. - Stay updated with the latest cyber threats, industry best practices, and evolving technologies. Qualification Required: - Relevant certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or IAM-specific certifications.,
