Head of Cyber Security

As the Head of Cyber Security, you will play a crucial role in leading and strengthening the security posture of the organization. Your deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) will be instrumental in guiding the IAM team and overseeing broader cyber security initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team to ensure robust governance, processes, and controls. - Defining and implementing IAM strategy encompassing provisioning, de-provisioning, role-based access controls (RBAC), Single Sign-On (SSO), and privileged access management (PAM). - Owning and enhancing enterprise-wide cyber security policies, frameworks, and standards. - Overseeing threat management, incident response, and vulnerability management processes. - Collaborating with IT, Risk, and Compliance teams to meet regulatory and audit requirements. - Evaluating and deploying security tools, technologies, and processes to fortify the security ecosystem. - Conducting regular risk assessments, overseeing penetration testing, and ensuring compliance checks. - Providing leadership, mentorship, and upskilling opportunities for the cyber security team. - Keeping abreast of the latest cyber threats, industry best practices, and emerging technologies. Preferred certifications for this role include CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or IAM-specific certifications.,
