About the Brand We are an upcoming premium Indian beauty brand built on the foundation of Parisian cosmetic innovation and deep consumer insight . With a strong focus on Indian skin tones, climate, and culture, our products are designed to fill real gaps in the beauty industry, with quality and intent. Role Overview We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and culturally-tuned Social Media Manager who knows how to build conversations and community . Someone who understands the voice of the modern Indian beauty consumer, thrives in the D2C ecosystem, and has a pulse on what drives loyalty and love online. You’ll work closely with the founder and brand team to craft stories , lead campaign thinking , and build a strong digital presence across platforms. What You’ll Do Own the brand’s social media across Instagram, Pinterest, Threads, and YouTube Shorts Build a highly engaged beauty community that talks back, connects, and shares Ideate & execute culturally sharp campaigns with a clean, editorial aesthetic Collaborate with influencers, MUAs, and creators — from seeding to storytelling Manage PR drops, content planning, and engagement calendars Support founder-led content and storytelling in video and post formats Track performance, analyse insights, and optimise accordingly What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience managing social media for D2C brands (beauty/fashion preferred) Experience with community management and influencer marketing A strong influencer database in the Indian beauty/wellness space Strong sense of aesthetic , voice, and digital culture Bonus: Canva/Figma skills, experience running UGC campaigns, or building early-stage brands Show more Show less
