Role Overview: As a Sales Leader in the telecommunications sector at Oracle, your primary responsibility will be to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. You will provide mentorship and guidance to inspire and retain top talent while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Staying ahead of industry trends and market dynamics will be crucial to identify and prioritize key opportunities. Additionally, you will drive pipeline development, revenue forecasting, and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations between Oracle and its customers. As the Regional Leader for the entire Communications GIU organization in JAPAC, you will navigate Oracle's internal landscape and foster cross-functional collaboration to drive business success. Engaging cross-line-of-business teams to deliver large-scale, transformational solutions to customers and reviewing team performance regularly to provide coaching and support will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and develop a high-performing sales team in the telecommunications sector - Stay ahead of industry trends and market dynamics to identify key opportunities - Drive pipeline development, revenue forecasting, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations - Serve as the Regional Leader for the Communications GIU organization in JAPAC - Engage cross-line-of-business teams to deliver transformational solutions - Review team performance regularly and provide coaching and support Qualification Required: - Proven sales leadership experience in selling network and application solutions to the telecommunications industry at a regional level - Strong sales acumen with expertise in direct and channel sales - Highly collaborative leadership style with the ability to matrix-manage and influence across a large, complex organization - Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and motivate high-performing sales teams - Deep industry expertise and strong executive relationships within the telecommunications sector - Strategic business solutioning skills and customer-centric mindset - Proven ability to lead through change and drive transformation About Us: Oracle is a world leader in cloud solutions that utilizes innovative technology to address current challenges.
