Head of Communications GIU Sales, JAPAC

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead and develop a high-performing sales team in the telecommunications sector. As the Regional Leader for the Communications GIU organization in JAPAC, you will provide mentorship and guidance to inspire and retain top talent while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. It is essential to stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify and prioritize key opportunities. Your role will involve driving pipeline development, revenue forecasting, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations between Oracle and its customers. Engaging cross-line-of-business teams to deliver large-scale solutions and reviewing team performance regularly to provide coaching and support for professional development goals are also key aspects of this position.
