Role Overview:

Head of Client Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive new client acquisition

  strategy across GCCs, product-based firms, and IT/ITES companies.
• Identify, prospect, and

  engage C-level stakeholders

  , hiring managers, and procurement teams.
• Build a

  robust sales pipeline

  with measurable targets for new logos and revenue growth.
• Customize IT staffing solutions (contract, contract-to-hire, permanent) based on client needs.

• Lead presentations, RFP responses, pricing negotiations

  , and onboarding discussions.
• Collaborate with the delivery and recruitment teams to ensure high fulfillment rates and SLA compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  12 years

  of experience in

  IT staffing or technology recruitment

  , with at least 8+ years in a client acquisition or business development leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the

  GCC landscape and decision-making processes

  .
• Proven success in

  selling staffing solutions

  to product and services organizations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a

  target-driven, fast-paced environment

  .
• Strong network and references within the

  tech hiring ecosystem

  .

Preferred:

• Prior experience working with

  large staffing firms

  or recruitment companies.
• Understanding of

  tech stacks, hiring trends

  , and

  talent market challenges

  in India.
• Exposure to

  MSA/SOW contracts

  , rate card negotiations, and legal compliance in staffing.
