Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Head of Client Acquisition - IT Staffing Location: Pref ( Bangalore or Hyderabad) , Remote Working Experience: 12+ years Industry: IT Staffing / Recruitment Target Clients: Global Capability Centres (GCCs), Product Companies, and IT Service Providers Role Overview: We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Head of Client Acquisition for our business development in the IT Staffing space. The ideal candidate will have deep connections across GCCs, product companies, and IT services organizations, and a proven track record of building enterprise-level accounts from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: Own and drive new client acquisition strategy across GCCs, product-based firms, and IT/ITES companies. Identify, prospect, and engage C-level stakeholders , hiring managers, and procurement teams. Build a robust sales pipeline with measurable targets for new logos and revenue growth. Customize IT staffing solutions (contract, contract-to-hire, permanent) based on client needs. Lead presentations, RFP responses, pricing negotiations , and onboarding discussions. Collaborate with the delivery and recruitment teams to ensure high fulfillment rates and SLA compliance. Requirements: Minimum 12 years of experience in IT staffing or technology recruitment , with at least 8+ years in a client acquisition or business development leadership role. Strong understanding of the GCC landscape and decision-making processes . Proven success in selling staffing solutions to product and services organizations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment . Strong network and references within the tech hiring ecosystem . Preferred: Prior experience working with large staffing firms or recruitment companies. Understanding of tech stacks, hiring trends , and talent market challenges in India. Exposure to MSA/SOW contracts , rate card negotiations, and legal compliance in staffing.
