Viacation is looking for a dynamic and experienced Center Head

Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead and manage the Jaipur branch sales team to achieve business targets.

·      Develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

·      Foster a consultative sales culture focused on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

·      Monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment with company goals.

·      Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams for seamless execution.

·      Represent Viacation’s brand values of trust, transparency, and excellence in all interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

·      10+ years of proven experience

·      Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing large teams.

·      Exceptional communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.

·      Ability to inspire, mentor, and lead from the front.

·      Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for travel and customer success.
