Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Own full P&L including revenue, EBITDA, margins, cost efficiency, and unit economics; develop quarterly/annual plans aligned to growth targets.
Scale revenue via B2C/B2B channels, partnerships, digital strategies, pricing, GTM, forecasting, and dashboards.
Expand markets in India and internationally through partners, franchises, and alliances; launch new revenue streams like hybrid programs and workforce solutions.
Ensure operational excellence in admissions, delivery, student success, and placements with SOPs, tech enablement (CRM/analytics), and compliance.
Build and lead cross-functional teams; manage stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Academics, Product, HR, and external partners.

Candidate Profile

12-20 years total experience, including 7-10 years in senior P&L leadership; background in EdTech, online learning, skilling, or talent solutions.
Proven scaling of businesses, strong commercial outcomes, and team management.
Skills: Analytical acumen, digital sales/funnel expertise, leadership, entrepreneurial mindset.
Education: MBA/PGDM from reputed institution; certifications in strategy/finance/digital a plus.
