Job Description

Role Overview: As the Head of Business Management and Development (BMD) at GB ISPL, your main responsibility will be to build and manage the BMD platform in collaboration with the GBA BMD team. Your focus will be on performance monitoring, data management, and ensuring smooth communication and partnerships with relevant stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and optimize the platform in alignment with global industrialization objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Produce and maintain accurate client and managed revenues/PnL figures, reports, and management presentations. - Monitor business Key Performance Indicators such as pipelines, revenue, headcount, balance sheet, and RWAs. - Cross-check business data to ensure consistency with overall business strategy and trends. - Develop and maintain new reports/dashboards using data analytics tools. - Automate dashboard production and support on budget exercises as needed. - Maintain Organigram charts and job descriptions, and assist in defining/enforcing business procedures, guidelines, and policies. - Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across geographies and teams. - Support team coordination, mentoring, and well-being topics. - Drive/propose enhancements in the setup to support new business needs and optimize bandwidth. - Build and manage the GB ISPL BMD platform in accordance with agreed targets. - Ensure smooth implementation of operational models, tools, and reporting frameworks. Qualifications Required: - Expertise in Performance Steering (revenue, cost, RWA tracking). - Strong understanding of Data Management/Data Analytics. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience in Data Visualization Tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, DataIKU). - Team management experience with strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a high level of reliability, integrity, autonomy, and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment, on multiple tasks, and under tight deadlines. - Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the Banking & Finance sector, particularly in Performance Management/Finance/Business Management/Business Development. - Knowledge of BNP system (C3, CRM+, RMPM) and CIB APAC environment and stakeholders.
