We are now seeking a Head of Business Analysis who can bridge business goals and technology, ensuring that our products and solutions create measurable impact.

Role Snapshot

As the Head of Business Analysis, you will lead the business analysis function, ensuring that client requirements are translated into actionable insights and product features. You’ll partner with stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations to design solutions that align with business objectives, while building and mentoring a high-performing team of business analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Business Analysis function to support multiple business units.
• Partner with leadership to understand strategic objectives and translate them into requirements.
• Define, document, and manage business and functional requirements across projects.
• Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.
• Establish best practices, frameworks, and methodologies for business analysis.
• Drive stakeholder alignment by facilitating workshops, requirement sessions, and review meetings.
• Monitor KPIs to measure effectiveness of delivered solutions.
• Mentor and guide business analysts, creating a culture of analytical excellence and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong track record of translating complex business needs into technical and functional requirements.
• Deep understanding of business process modeling, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Experience working closely with product and technology teams in fast-paced environments.
• Skilled at stakeholder management, with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability and data-driven mindset.
• Prior experience in consulting or digital transformation projects is a plus.
