Job Description

You are a seasoned and purpose-driven professional looking to take on the role of Head CRM, Business Analytics & Remarketing. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for designing and executing funnel automations across Marketing, Sales/Contact Centre, and Operations in the Healthcare/Fertility/Gynaecology industry. Your main objective will be to enhance CRM functionalities for customer acquisition, retention, and brand experience by collaborating with business, sales, and marketing leaders. As the ideal candidate, you should possess advanced expertise in SQL, MS Excel (Macros, VBA), and Power BI. Your proven experience in remarketing, funnel optimization, and digital performance analytics will be key, as you will be leading a small team of analysts. You will also oversee systems integration across CRM, HIMS, and Medical Information databases to ensure seamless accessibility and visibility of Customer Lifetime Value for leadership. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing and optimizing digital marketing funnels, developing SQL queries for data extraction and reporting, leveraging advanced Excel for efficient reporting, designing and automating dashboards/reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting remarketing strategies, delivering actionable insights, driving process improvements, and leading and mentoring a team of analysts. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field, along with 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics focusing on digital marketing & CRM analytics. Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong SQL skills are essential, as well as experience in remarketing performance analysis and managing digital funnels. Preferred qualifications include expertise in BI tools, experience in creating BRDs for CRM/marketing automation, familiarity with customer lifecycle metrics, and basic knowledge of scripting in Python or R.
