Job Description

You will be building a global brand from scratch, not just executing campaigns. This includes architecture, tonality, digital presence, thought leadership, and investor/customer trust.
1. Brand Identity & Architecture
Define and implement the brand vision, tone, mission, and design philosophy across the company and all its verticals
Create a consistent global brand narrative that aligns with stakeholders (investors, startups, clients, governments)
Establish sub-brand systems for Shipbuilding, Strategic Consulting, Hedge Fund, Real Estate, Agri-Tech, etc.
2. Creative Strategy & Content Innovation
Lead storytelling and visual campaigns across web, print, investor decks, videos, and product experiences
Build flagship design frameworks and templates for investor decks, reports, pitchbooks, and microsites
Work closely with business vertical heads to narrate customer, founder, and transformation stories
3. Marketing & Engagement
Plan and execute brand-led growth campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, industry forums, and press
Own SEO-ready web content, thought leadership articles, and creative video concepts
Create a Brand Fund strategy for Tradetronix-backed startups to scale their own visibility
4. Internal Brand & Culture
Translate brand values into internal communications, culture handbooks, hiring pages, and decks
Collaborate with HR to build a purpose-driven, high-creativity work culture
5. Leadership & Systems Building
Build and lead a cross-functional team of creative designers, brand strategists, content marketers, and UI/UX professionals
Design brand style guides, tone of voice manuals, video storytelling SOPs, and press kits
Use AI tools to amplify content creation, campaign testing, and design productivity

Ideal Candidate Profile
7-12 years in branding, creative direction, or strategic marketing roles
Prior experience building brands from scratch in startups, creative agencies, or growth-stage companies
Portfolio demonstrating exceptional storytelling, cross-channel campaigns, and design direction
Deep understanding of how branding impacts investor trust, B2B growth, and global positioning

Good-to-Have:
Experience in multi-sector companies (consulting, finance, tech, infra, creative economy)
Familiarity with AI content/design tools (Midjourney, Figma, Notion AI, RunwayML)
Experience working with founders and CXOs on pitch decks, rebrands, or GTM launches
