Role Overview: You are a dynamic and results-driven Head, Brand Partnerships, responsible for expanding the brand portfolio and forming strategic alliances. With 8+ years of experience in successful partnership building and management, your primary focus will be on brand acquisition and platform onboarding. Your role is crucial in driving growth and enhancing the platform's value proposition through partnerships with leading beauty, personal care, and lifestyle brands. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, prospect, and onboard new brands in beauty, personal care, grooming, and lifestyle categories. - Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to meet brand acquisition targets. - Maintain a strong pipeline of potential brand partners. - Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with mutually beneficial terms. - Cultivate relationships with key brand stakeholders and monitor partnership performance. - Take ownership of brand partnership revenue stream, including forecasting and budgeting. - Implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability from partnerships. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless brand integration. - Optimize partnership processes for efficiency and effectiveness. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities. - Drive revenue growth through strategic brand partnerships and explore new partnership models. Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - 8+ years of experience in brand partnerships, alliances, or business development. - Strong network of contacts in beauty, personal care, and lifestyle brand ecosystem. - Good Team Management experience of 20+ members. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Proven track record of exceeding partnership targets. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Experience using data-driven tools and providing insights. - Experience with B2B sales.
