Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pochampalli. The Head of Battery Production will oversee all aspects of battery production, including manufacturing processes, quality control, and team management. This role involves optimizing production efficiency, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the production process. The Head of Battery Production will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to align production goals with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in battery production, manufacturing processes, and quality control
• Proficiency in team management and leadership skills
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Experience in the electric vehicle or renewable energy sector is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Pochampalli
