**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As the Head of B2B Sales Agent Network at Edvoyant, you will play a crucial role in building and scaling the company's B2B agent network in India. The position requires a visionary leader who can innovate beyond traditional models, strategize for scalable growth, and drive breakthrough results in student applications through agent channels. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and execute the B2B agent channel strategy for India, including acquisition, onboarding, performance optimization, and retention. - Define and implement a roadmap to scale agent-driven student applications effectively. - Establish ambitious targets for agent sign-ups, applications, conversions, and revenue, consistently exceeding them. - Develop a scalable agent acquisition engine across Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities utilizing regional teams, partnerships, and digital channels. - Lead and manage a team of regional B2B sales managers, agent success specialists, and support staff. - Design incentive structures, training programs, and engagement models to foster high-performing and loyal agents. - Drive innovation in agent onboarding, enablement, and empowerment through technology and services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless agent and student experiences. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and student mobility shifts to adapt plans dynamically. - Prepare and present detailed dashboards, forecasts, and performance reviews to the leadership team. **Qualifications Required:** - 8-12 years of proven B2B sales/channel development experience, preferably in international education, edtech, or agency-driven models. - Minimum 3-5 years in a senior leadership role managing distributed teams and owning a P&L. - Demonstrated track record of building and scaling revenue-driven partner networks. - Visionary mindset with a bias for action and market-making capabilities. - Deep understanding of the overseas education agent ecosystem and student application lifecycle. - Strong drive for results, growth-hacking attitude, business acumen, and data-led decision-making skills. - Experience with CRMs, sales automation tools, and reporting systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. This is a leadership role offering complete ownership of a business unit in a high-growth company.
