Head of Admissions | Early-stage Education Portfolio Company

One of our new early-stage Eeducation portfolio companies is building their first set of campuses for a 2026 launch, and they are now looking for a Head of Admissions to join the founding team to join them on this journey.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive admissions strategy, including outreach, marketing campaigns, and events
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families throughout the admissions process
• Oversee the design and execution of a transparent, fair, and efficient selection process reflecting the school’s values and vision
• Use data and analytics to meet enrollment targets
• Foster relationships with feeder schools and community organization

Qualifications

• Experience in admissions or students recruitment at top-tier schools or universities
• Strong educational background from a top-tier university is preferred
• at least 8 to 10 years of experience
• Prior experience in a startup or as an entrpreneur will be an advantage
• Someone excited to be part of the 0 to 1 journey
• Excellent communication skills
