operating in Bangalore. Our vision is to help reduce harmful greenhouse gases that are majorly released by generating electricity and running fossil fuel burning vehicles. Our vision is to attempt to reverse the impact of both by powering our offices and cars with sustainable power coming from the solar farm of our energy supplier, making us fully green as an organization.

We are looking for a Head of Operations to manage day-to-day B2C 4W EV taxi service
operations and service quality reporting directly to the founder.

Key responsibilities:
1. Be the single point of contact for entire fleet operations 2. Constantly monitor driver and car performance to ensure daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly operational targets are met 3. Develop operational SOPs for drivers and operations executives 4. Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and bonuses to all the drivers 5. Ensure all the vehicles undergo appropriate cycles of slow charging 6. Work closely with the hiring to build a driver hiring strategy and funnel 7. Work closely with the service management team to ensure optimum upkeep of vehicles while being on active duty 8. Support leadership team in identifying and improving service quality 9. Optimize operational expenses and manage the operations budget 10. As and when required support the hiring and service management teams

Must have qualification:
1. Minimum 8+ years experience end-to-end fleet management 2. 2+ years experience of managing 4W EV fleet 3. 4+ years experience in managing P&L of business units 4. Great people management skills 5. Knowledge to prepare and present reports 6. Aptitude to learn and improve 7. Be ready to take up accountability of driver operations delivery

Desired:
1. Education: Graduate 2. Education: Post graduate would be a plus 3. Worked in MNC transport operations 4. Lead by example and influence without authority 5. Coordinated with senior personnel of organizations
