Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute national sales plans for home loans and mortgages. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a nationwide sales team to achieve targets and ensure professional growth. Business Development: Drive new business, build relationships with key stakeholders (developers, brokers, etc.). Market Insights: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies. Customer Focus: Ensure sales teams offer tailored solutions and exceptional service. Collaboration & Compliance: Ensure alignment with marketing, operations, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications and Skills:- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred. Experience: 20-25 years in sales leadership within home finance or financial services. Leadership: Strong team management and motivational skills. Sales Expertise: Proven ability to drive revenue growth and develop sales strategies. Industry Knowledge: Expertise in home loans, mortgages, and financial regulations. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel for business development.
