As the Head Mistress at Neoteric World School in Gwalior, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring middle and high school students within our supportive and forward-thinking educational environment. Your primary responsibilities will encompass providing visionary leadership to the school, ensuring academic excellence, and fostering overall growth. You will oversee the daily operations, manage staff effectively, and maintain the school's infrastructure. It will be your responsibility to develop and implement curriculum strategies aligned with ICSE standards while monitoring and evaluating teaching standards, student performance, and school effectiveness. In addition to the core responsibilities, you will also be involved in staff management, including recruitment, training, and evaluation. Building positive relationships with parents and guardians, maintaining discipline, safety, and a supportive learning environment, as well as engaging with the local community to enhance the school's reputation will be crucial aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess a Master's degree in Education or a relevant field along with teaching experience. Strong leadership, management, and communication skills are essential, and familiarity with ICSE board regulations and curriculum is highly desirable.
