Key Responsibilities

• Leading a team of 10 20 Relationship Managers
• Handling the escalations of the team
• Training the new joiners
• Maintaining the tracker
• Coordinating with State Head for client servicing standards
• Work closely with RM s and maintain good rapport and help them with suitable profiles.
• Monitor and regularize the performance of Relationship Managers
• Help the Relationship Managers build a strong rapport with the clients
• Get in touch with clients every now and then and ensure that their requirements are being addressed and also to learn the changing

mindset of the clients

• Deliver quality service to paid members counted amongst the cream of the society, help Relationship Managers to make Success Stories
