Job Description

Novartis India is looking for Head Medical Safety Process & Projects to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective medical safety processes and projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor and report on project progress and performance metrics.
Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of medical safety regulations and standards.
Excellent leadership and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
