Job Summary:

The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the hospitals services, enhance brand awareness, and increase patient inflow. This role involves planning, executing, and monitoring all marketing, public relations, and business development initiatives in alignment with the hospital’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Branding

  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term marketing plans for the hospital.
  • Establish and maintain the hospital’s brand identity and reputation.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Plan and oversee advertising, PR, and digital campaigns.

2. Business Development

  • Build relationships with doctors, corporate clients, insurance companies, and referring physicians.
  • Develop outreach programs to attract patients from various segments (corporate, rural, etc.).
  • Identify and establish tie-ups with other healthcare institutions, diagnostic centers, and community groups.
  • Track patient feedback and referral patterns to guide marketing strategies.

3. Digital & Media Marketing

  • Manage hospital website, social media pages, and online reputation (reviews, SEO, etc.).
  • Plan and execute online campaigns for health awareness and service promotion.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies for designing digital and print materials.

4. Events & Campaigns

  • Organize health camps, CME programs, awareness campaigns, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with departments for participation in medical exhibitions, fairs, or CSR events.

5. Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Set performance metrics and evaluate marketing outcomes regularly.

6. Reporting & Budgeting

  • Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget.
  • Analyze ROI of campaigns and submit periodic performance reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:

    MBA in Marketing / B Pharma/ M Pharma
  • Experience:

    Minimum 15–18 years of experience in hospital or healthcare marketing.
  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Excellent leadership and presentation skills.
    • Good knowledge of healthcare market trends and referral management.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.

  • Growth in patient admissions and OPD footfall.
  • Increase in corporate and insurance tie-ups.
  • Digital engagement metrics and lead conversions.
