Marketing Manager / Executive

Position:

Experience: 2 5 years in IVD (Invitro Diagnostics) / Medical Devices Industry.

Head Quarter: Hyderabad

Salary:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Obtain market share by developing marketing and promotional programs for each product; with schemes, Promotional events and merchandise (flyers, Brochures, technical papers)
• Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs, workshops & CMEs, determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations and seminars.
• Look to introduce new products & service by evaluating current and future market trends, Prepare new product marketing plans for product introduction in cooperation with others.
• Completes marketing department operational requirements by assigning employees; following up on work results and develops marketing staff by providing information, training opportunities.
• Ensure that the systems & policies are in place whereby all sales, Marketing & Office staff including representatives are familiar with the provisions of the code of conduct.
• Contributes to team building by providing development opportunities including Performance Appraisals, Technical Product trainings and sales & management training programs.

Educational Qualification:

• BSc /M.Sc Biochemistry or Microbiology / DMLT /B.E Biomedical / Bio Technology / Life Science or similar.
• 2 - 15 years of experience in medical

  diagnostic Marketing

  of IVD Instruments and Reagents. Experience in Sales of equipment to Pathology Labs, Hospital Labs, Reference Labs.

General Requirements:

• Candidate must be good in oral and written business English communication.
• Candidate must be computer literate. Leadership quantities and interpersonal skills will be an added advantage.
• Should possess Customer Relationship building and negotiations skills.
• Candidate with prior experience in Diagnostic marketing but having different background also to be considered.
