1.To plan and ensure proper preventive maintenance of all machines as per plan.
2. To collect the data and ensure predictive machine maintenance.
3. To plan and ensure preventive/break down maintenance of vehicles.
4. To attend breakdowns of machine whenever required.
5. To monitor breakdown time and its reason on daily basis then make its corrective/ preventive maintenance plan.
6. Co-ordination with production department for day to day machine related problems.
7. To make machine wise critical spares parts list and arrange it
8. Regular involvement in plant improvement activities / Kaizens / 5S / VA VE Projects etc. and prepare its presentation.
9. Preparation and Implementation of VSA, MACE activities,ISO/IATF,EMS,OHSAS documentation,
10. To ensure regular trainings to sub-ordinates and casuals associates.
11. To make plan and execute calibration of all equipments and prepare its documentation as per system requirement.
12. To ensure proper utilization of Man / Machine / Tool /Plant Electrical Maintenance etc.
13. To Look after Open excess/other Benefits facility under DHVBN.
14. To make the countermeasure for Diesel/Electricity saving in Plant.
15. Any other Instruction assigned by the Management.
Must have Experience on Plastic Molding Machines .
