Role We are seeking a highly driven Sales Executive / Manager (Agri Equipment) to join our team in India and drive the sales efforts of our agricultural equipment to farms, mills and other agricultural producers. The candidate should be based anywhere in Punjab. Responsibilities Drive the sales efforts to farms, mills and other agricultural producers, among others: Identify and approach potential clients (using online tools like Google, LinkedIn, outbound emails etc.) Understand their needs, pitch our product, engage in the negotiations, and close the sales Oversee successful equipment implementation, and subsequent account management and client satisfaction Engage in product improvement and development based on the clients feedback Qualifications A graduate of any undergraduate degree program Min. 2 years of agricultural sales experience, especially agricultural equipment Existing network of agri producers e.g. mills (rice, corn etc.), plantations etc. would be highly advantageous Great people, communications, and relationship-building skills Great research and digital skills Passion for climate and sustainability Fluency in English Offer Attractive monthly salary Covered expenses for field trips Opportunity to be an early team member of a trailblazer in the climate tech industry
