Head Logistics

As a Logistics Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing end-to-end logistics operations to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and efficient delivery of goods. You will be responsible for managing warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing daily logistics operations, optimizing warehouse and inventory management processes, and managing relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, carriers, and freight forwarders. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transportation, warehouse efficiency, and order fulfillment. It will be your responsibility to ensure compliance with logistics and safety regulations, analyze logistics data to implement process improvements, and coordinate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations. You will also play a vital role in implementing and monitoring the use of logistics software and ERP systems, developing contingency plans to mitigate disruptions in the supply chain, and managing logistics budgets to control costs effectively. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring in-person work at the designated location.,
