You will be responsible for creating and maintaining structures and support for training and professional development, leading training initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders, driving process improvements, and developing a digital repository of training materials to foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create an effective training module design necessitates a structured approach with clear objectives, engaging content, collaborative learning opportunities, a robust LMS, and continuous evaluation to ensure alignment with business goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Design, develop, and deliver engaging and impactful training programs on various topics, including soft skills (communication, teamwork, leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution), process improvement methodologies, and industry-specific knowledge (legal, finance, etc.). - Analyze processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements. - Coordinate with stakeholders to understand training needs and develop customized training solutions to address specific employee needs. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive training repository system, including online learning modules, presentations, and assessments. - Develop and implement impactful training programs that enhance employee skills, improve performance, and contribute to organizational success. - Drive the digital transformation of training and development initiatives, including the adoption of online learning platforms, virtual classrooms, and mobile learning solutions. **Qualifications Required:** - MBA in Finance or an equivalent postgraduate degree from a reputed university. - Masters Degree in Organizational Development. **Additional Information:** Proven experience as a Trainer - Multilingual.
