Job Title: Head – Land Revenue & Compliance
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Experience Required: 12–18 years in land revenue, compliance and acquisition in the real estate sector
Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Law, Commerce or related field

Budget: 15LPA to 22LPA

Job Purpose:

To lead and oversee the land revenue, compliance and acquisition functions of the company. The role ensures smooth execution of land acquisition for plotting, residential and commercial projects, while maintaining regulatory compliance with RERA, UDH, and other statutory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and acquire land parcels for plotting, apartments, malls, and other developments.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on land title, ownership records, and encumbrances.
• Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations including RERA, UDH, and local municipal norms.
• Manage land revenue records: mutation, demarcation, Jamabandi, Khasra, Khatauni, etc.
• Liaison with government authorities, Patwari, Tehsildar and other regulatory offices.
• Supervise land conversion, CLU, zoning and approvals for project development.
• Handle statutory audits, inspections, and ensure all land-related compliance documentation is up to date.
• Lead a team of junior officers/executives in land & compliance functions.
• Support senior management in strategic land acquisition planning, negotiations, and dispute resolution.

Key Competencies

• In-depth knowledge of real estate laws land acquisition process and RERA regulations.
• Strong government liaisoning and relationship-building ability.
• Excellent negotiation and documentation skills.
• Proven leadership in managing large-scale land acquisition projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
