Description
The Admin team at Navi ensures smooth day-to-day operations across the organization, focusing on enhancing workplace experience by managing office services, coordinating logistics, and handling administrative tasks to support stakeholders in achieving their objectives. We are searching for a seasoned and strategic IT leader to join our team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT Operations, Infra, Network, Helpdesk, and Compliance for our organization of approximately 3,000 users. As a key member of the leadership team, you will provide expert guidance, ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure. In this role, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business goals, managing and leading a high-performing IT team, overseeing IT operations, maintaining robust IT security protocols, managing the IT Helpdesk, enforcing IT policies, staying updated on IT trends, managing IT budget and resources, providing regular reports, and collaborating effectively with other departments. Must-haves for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, a minimum of 10 years" experience in a senior IT role, proven track record in developing and implementing successful IT strategies, strong understanding of IT infrastructure and network security, and experience in managing and leading IT teams. Skills and attributes required include excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize effectively, strong analytical and decision-making skills.
