Role and Responsibilities: Will be responsible for managing HR & IR role. Partner actively with IR heads and their one/two downs to understand ongoing HR needs, anticipate and provide timely solutions on people matters. Ensure optimum utilization of manpower resources. Ensure all the statutory compliances are adhered Understand the current IR status at all sites and build and deploy strategic plan for the long term harmonious IR for all operational locations. Liasoning with Govt. Officials. Liasoning with the Factory department, and Labour Department. Having Experience in Payroll Compliance, ESIC and PF. Union Settlement. Having experience in Legal cases handling. Employee relations and organization climate Should be familiar with all statutory laws related to employees Should be familiar with IR & HR issues in a balanced manner. Quality & Environment Management Systems implementation related to HR The three major areas of responsibility will be Employee engagement, Employee development, Employee Performance. The brief description of the role will include : - Manpower Planning and talent acquisition and retention - Disciplinary matters - Employee relations and organization climate
