Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute India ER/LR strategy aligned with Global and ASPAC frameworks.
Ensure compliant handling of employee relations, performance management, and grievance matters while coaching leaders.
Lead labor relations strategy including CBA negotiations and advisory support for M&A, restructuring, and workforce events.
Ensure policy compliance, governance, and consistent employee experience across plants in India.
Build team capability, external networks, and drive continuous improvement in ER/LR processes.

Preferred candidate profile

12+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in people management, and strong expertise in diagnosing organizational needs and building leadership capability.
Proven ability to lead change, manage complex multi-functional stakeholders, and influence effectively across matrixed environments.
Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking, simplifying complex inputs, and building trust through transparent, empathetic communication.
