Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute India ER/LR strategy aligned with Global and ASPAC frameworks.
  • Ensure compliant handling of employee relations, performance management, and grievance matters while coaching leaders.
  • Lead labor relations strategy including CBA negotiations and advisory support for M&A, restructuring, and workforce events.
  • Ensure policy compliance, governance, and consistent employee experience across plants in India.
  • Build team capability, external networks, and drive continuous improvement in ER/LR processes.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 12+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in people management, and strong expertise in diagnosing organizational needs and building leadership capability.
  • Proven ability to lead change, manage complex multi-functional stakeholders, and influence effectively across matrixed environments.
  • Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking, simplifying complex inputs, and building trust through transparent, empathetic communication.
