Job Description

Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Splunk, OpsRamp, AppDynamics, NetBrain, NetScout & Cisco Catalyst center)
Experience with Infrastructure and Application monitoring, Windows, Linux and Cloud
Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Basic scripting knowledge with TypeScript, React, Ansible, and Python scripting
Experience in Building dashboards for real-time visibility of system health and performance.
Familiarity with ITIL or incident management workflows
Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Exposure in define SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets aligned with SRE principles with Engineering teams to support reliability engineering
