Role & responsibilities

• Validate, Deploy, administer, configure, and maintain Dynatrace Monitoring configuration
• Build and enhance dashboards, reports, and alerts to meet SAAS clients requirements
• Build Business processes monitoring and Workflow based Auto healing
• Help customers troubleshoot, profile, and predict application performance issues
• Ensure effective monitoring of critical business applications in Temenos environments
• Mentor and train Internal teams on monitoring configuration and best practices
• Absorb new technology rapidly and apply it effectively for Temenos use cases
• Communicate well with technical and non-technical colleagues
• Working with vendors(Dynatrace , Pager Duty, Microsoft) for troubleshooting and enhancements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Professional certification in Dynatrace /AppDynamics
• Hands-on experience with Popular CI/CD tools Jenkins (Azure Devops)
• Experience with Artifacts management tools like jFrog Artifactory
• Solid presentation and writing skills and experience with creating professional reports
• Experience in Monitoring of Java based applications
