We have an Immediate Opening for Head-Finance/Chief Financial Officer for Hydraulic equipment supplier in Karnataka -Bangalore-Bommasandra Industrial Area

Purpose of the position

To manage the entire financial gamut of the Company, including but not limited to, handling of financial and accounting activities, Statutory obligations, GST, Taxation, Banking, Creditors/Debtors management, Meeting financial objectives of the company, Submission of

various financial reports, Forex, advising management on improving the financial Health of Organization, to ensure a clean financial system in the Company, TDS, Asset Management, Inventory Control etc

Academic and trades qualifications

Essential

Post Graduation in Finance

Desirable

CA or ICWAI

Work experience and skills

Essential

1. 12 to 18 yrs of working experience, preferably in a multinational

manufacturing Organization of repute

2. Good working knowledge of Excel/PPT

3. Hands on person and must have knowledge about Imports,

Warehousing, Inventory Management, Statutory aspects, Audits, Factory laws etc

4. Exposure to PF/ESI/Gratuity & HR related functions

Desirable

1.Handling of finance activities independently for any company, at least

for 10 years.

2. Working Knowledge on SAP B1

3. Heading a finance team (Man Management)

1. God fearing, Honest, Dependable,Stable, Right Attitude towards work and fellow subordinates, Humble, Ethical.
2. Good Written and verbal communication skills
3. Team Player,Good Listener and patient enough
4. Must have a long term plan, to grow with the Company and help grow the Company
5. Able to meet and communicate with Government/Bank or any officials independently.
6. Should not have the habit of procrastinating.

1. Able to submit the reports or any submissions, without any errors or corrections (attention to detail)
2. Good personality, contended. Take challenges head on proactive .
