Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Monitoring, preparation and maintenance of P&L and balance sheet.
Ensure timely submission of financial statements, audits, and statutory records.
Finalize accounts and ensure compliance with Income Tax, ROC, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Liasioning with various government representative such as Income Tax, GST, ROC, RBI authorities.
Co-ordinating with internal and external auditors.
Manage cash flow, working capital, banking, and debt restructuring to optimize costs.
Project finance management.
Oversee day-to-day finance operations, debtor management, and ERP/SAP-driven reporting.
Provide accurate MIS and financial insights to management.
Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives including expansion projects.

Qualifications & Experience

Chartered Accountant (CA) required; Company Secretary (CS) would be an added advantage.
15+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably from phama background.
Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or manufacturing preferred.
Strong expertise in corporate, sales & manufacturing finance, taxation, and compliance.
ERP/SAP exposure essential.
