Job Responsibilities :

In depth familiarity with regulations and industry codes and standards affecting complex engineering work within department.To organize, plan, budget and schedule activities within department meeting all project schedulesTo develop & guide for all standard deliverables within department.Understands technical issues and costs related to selection of typical design features within dept.Understands work process of other department on project.Technical issues resolution, with other departments on projects including constructability requirements/considerations and reviews.Plan required manpower and infrastructure facilities for group & review requirement periodicallyAccess training needs of subordinates to upgrade their engineering skillReview subordinates performance & suggest measures of improvement

Supervise All Department Activities With Overview Of All Functions.

Compliance to project specific HSE practicesApproval of electrical design philosophy document.Approval of MR, Datasheet & TBE, EHV systemApproval for captive power plants, switchyard & DG LayoutsOn time completion of project with consistent quality of deliverablesEfficient co-ordination with Internal and external customerEngineering considering safety as main aspect in all deliverablesDrive work efficiency enhancement and error minimization measures.

Education Requirement :

Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.TECH)

Experience Requirement :

25 years minimum in Basic and Detailed Engineering field

Should have worked as Head/subhead in the Engineering Discipline

The years of experience should be in line with discipline work for various sized Projects

Should have worked as a lead for medium/large size projects. 8-10 projects should have been completed

Site experience of @ 3-5 years is desirable
