The Head-Equity Capital Market will lead firm's strategy for raising equity, managing IPOs, FPOs, QIPs, & placements, originating mandates via relationships with corporates/investors, ensuring regulatory compliance (SEBI), overseeing transaction execution (structuring, pricing, roadshows), building investor relations, and guiding an ECM team to boost shareholder value & market presence.
Generate new mandates by cultivating relationships with promoters, PE funds, & family offices.
Monitoring equity markets, volatility, sector performance
Preparing pitch books and market commentary for internal advisors and clients. Strong understanding of capital markets
Financial modeling and valuation basics.
Strong background in Investment Banking/ECM with 15+ years experience.
Deep understanding of IPOs, QIPs, and listing processes.
