Job Title: Head – Electrical (Steel Plant Projects)

Location: Konsari, Gadchiroli, Maharashtra

Experience Required: 15+ years (preferably in steel plant electrical works)

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Electrical Engineer to head our Electrical Department. The ideal candidate will take complete responsibility for leading, managing, and executing all electrical works for Pellet Plants, BHQ Plants, and Integrated Steel Plants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Electrical Department and oversee all project-related electrical activities.
• Plan, design, and execute electrical systems for steel plant projects including power distribution, control systems, and automation.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for project execution.
• Ensure compliance with all electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
• Manage procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
• Supervise site teams, monitor project progress, and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, and ensure projects are delivered within timelines and budgets.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (M.E./M.Tech preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in electrical works for steel plants (Pellet, BHQ, Integrated Steel Plants).
• Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, transformers, switchgear, motors, PLC, SCADA, and automation systems.
• Proven track record in execution of large-scale industrial projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and statutory compliances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
