Head - Digital Marketing

• Crafting strategies for all Marketing verticals, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative
• Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
• Setting, monitoring, and reporting on team goals
• Manage Brand and reputation.
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
• Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
• Monitor competition 
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
• Work with external vendors like marketing agencies and achieve the business goals

Requirements and skills

• Work experience as Head of Marketing or Sr.Marketing Manager, preferably within the education industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience running successful marketing campaigns
• Solid experience in handling the entire gamut of Digital Marketing such as webinars, blogging, social media marketing, search engine marketing, Google Analytics, affiliate marketing, remarketing..., etc., and BTL Activities.
• Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
• Experience with CRM software
• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
• Experience in mentoring/coaching a team of marketing professionals
• Analytical mind
• Ability to create marketing strategies independently
• B.Tech / MBA with a minimum of 5 years of Digital Marketing experience
• Certification and experience in Digital Marketing are Mandatory
• Experience in conducting offline Marketing events
• Experience in the Global training business is an added advantage
