Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the

  creative direction

  and design language for TBOF across platforms.
• Lead and mentor the in-house design team, ensuring output quality, efficiency, and creativity.
• Oversee

  packaging design

  , ensuring sustainability, functionality, and alignment with brand ethos.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on

  campaigns, social media creatives, website design, and digital content

• Drive

  retail and offline design experiences

  (pop-ups, kiosks, exhibitions, store branding, merchandising).
• Maintain

  brand consistency

  across all visual assets.
• Work with leadership to align design with business strategy and brand storytelling.
• Manage external creative agencies/freelancers when required.
• Stay updated with global design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to food, wellness, and sustainability brands.
