Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own the

    end-to-end customer journey

    from booking to possession and beyond

  • A CRM Head must have strong working

    knowledge of RERA

  • Ensure

    timely, transparent, and accurate communication

  • Handle

    high-value / escalated customer complaints

  • Improve customer satisfaction (CSAT) and retention

  • Customer Handling & Escalation Management
  • Develop customer communication SOPs and scripts

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in real estate industry .
  • Excellent customer handling skills with ability to resolve issues promptly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for report preparation.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems for data management.
